red raspberry leaf tea?? what is it for?

I am terribly under educated on this subject. I have been going to rainbow gatherings for years, and actually running a kitchen, but just recently began learning about herbs. Not just in pregnancy and birth, but in general.

I am very curious about this tea I keep hearing about, and also any other herbs you ladies take in teas or tinxtures and how concentrated they are.

Please let me know anything you may know!

I took it as a preparation for birth with my kids, I was supposed to drink a couple of cups a day in the last four weeks of pregnancy, and it was supposed to prepare the uterine and vaginal tissue to soften up and become more loose to make birth easier. It was not actually supposed to induce labour (lot of people thought that around me) only for "birth channel preparation"

Hugs,

It is all over a great herb for women in their childbearing years. It is a uterine toner.
