What is wrong with my nipples??????

I googled.......bad mistake.  So I'm here instead.

I just realized that my nipples look really funny.  I have clusters of very light pink areas on my nipples.  Look very raspberry like.  Does not extend to the areola, just the nipple itself.  No itching, no pain.  Just look funny.  

Any ideas?

Is this a new development, or have they always been that way?
