I way overbought the herbs for my pregnancy tea (which I loved drinking every day). Can I use these for a lactation/mother's milk tea? I have red raspberry leaf, oatstraw and alfalfa -- and a ton of it! I'm kind of new to this whole make-your-own-herbal-tea thing. Can I use these three and add other related herbs? If I can't find a tea recipe that includes these three specific herbs, does that matter? Can I just add these in to any lactation tea recipe? I've read about some other herbs that are good for these teas -- borage leaves, dandelion leaf, nettle leaf, blessed thistle, fennel seeds. I don't want mix what shouldn't be mixed -- and I don't know if that's a possibility!

Also, what is lactation/mother's milk tea for -- healthy nursing, increasing supply, mother's health, baby's health? Can you drink it every day?

Thanks!
