Wednesday a baby at daycare had undiagnosed pink eye.  It's the kind where the eye is gooey and draining but not red so much.  Since most of the kids there currently have colds/sinus infections no one thought anything of it until it was diagnosed.  Yesterday DS woke with eyes pretty much sealed shut.  Again, because of the sinus infection that he has, and because doc had already commented on the amount of mucus he had recently, didn't think too much of it.  We cleaned up his eyes and went on our way.  Last night we took him to immediate care and was diagnosed with pink eye =P  Doc gave him and both of us eye drops.

1.  Do I have to toss all my pumped milk from yesterday?

2.  Should I toss the leftover pumped milk from Wednesday since I was handling it after picking up DS after he was exposed?

3.  Is it ok for DS to drink this milk since the pink eye came from him?

I donate my milk, so I'm concerned about this.

4.  Are these antibiotic eye drops generally safe for breastfeeding?  I'm assuming so since I'm giving them directly to DS as well.

Thanks mamas!
