Psoriasis - remedies?

Hi, does anyone have any natural remedies for psoriasis? It is driving me bonkers.

Sunshine is actually really, really good for psoriais, but I see by your sig you are in MN..so probably need to wait a few months still on that.

A lot of people use salicylic acid.

Aloe vera gel is really good.

My husband has terrible psoriasis- and we live in a climate that's cold/dark this time of year.  He's had pretty good results going to a tanning place, actually.

My DH sees improvement while taking a vitamin D supplement. He sees further improvement by going gluten free. Of course, he doesn't actually *do* either of those anymore, but that's probably why his psoriasis is back in full force.
