So I don't know when I ovulated, haven't been charting and have only had af twice since ds was born so not enough to notice any pattern whatsoever. I do think it was sometime between the 12 and the 16th, based on symptoms. So I've been testing every couple of days this week, then realized that my internet tests that I bought in bulk before ds was conceived expired like a year ago. From what I've read expired tests can give false negs and false pos. lovely!! so they're pretty much completely unreliable. So then last night I told dh that in the morning, if af hadn't arrived, I was sending him to the store for a FRER and that he needed to be really fast because I'd be holding it the whole time, lol. So, dh, bless him, got a test before I even woke up (I was going to check for af first, but whatever, she's not here yet so no harm done!) but he got an ept instead of a frer :( one of the +/- ones, which peeonastick.com tells about how much they suck. Anyway I wasn't going to just send him back to switch it and quite frankly, I gotta go!!! lol. So, I don't know if it was like the faintest possible positive or what.. I saw the world's faintest vertical line, and I *did* see it in like 2 minutes. dh saw nothing. *that* faint. too faint to even bother taking a pic. I think it was blue? then again, blue and gray are very similar colors and when its that faint, its pretty darn hard to analyze. And what drives me absolutely nuts is you only get 10 min or so to stare, analyze, and obsess before its invalid anyway! Last I looked its a bit more clear (but whats visible now is definitely the evap variety) and definitely blue. But I know i saw SOMETHING within the test limit though. So, think I saw anything relevant? I'll use the other one tomorrow morning..Â

I should just held it and sent him back for a FRER, we wouldn't be having this problem! lol
