So far I have done Instructional 1 (of BWO+) 3 times, as well as several sets of HD, OIP and Diva Derriere.

LYMPHATIC SYSTEM:
I know T-Tapp is geared towards pumping the lymphatic system, so I wonder if that is why I have had the "side effects" if you want to call them that...

PBS = SORENESS
I noticed while doing PBS my lymph nodes near my throat felt sore....but each time I have done PBS they have gotten less and less sore....and now I do not feel any soreness when I do PBS (after doing PBS 4 different times)!

I have also felt a bit of soreness in my lymph nodes in the underarm region, but the same happened....some pain....which diminished with repeated exercise over a few days.

FACIAL SIGNS
I also have gotten some small red bumps on my face, around my nose to mouth and chin area. A slight sort of rash (the kind that newborns tend to get).

I have to assume all of this lends to my lymph system being pumped and releasing toxins. I hope soon my skin will clear as toxins are expelled.

Height: 5'6"
Weight: 145 lbs
Dress Size: 6 (8 at H&M)
Goal Size: 4
Goal Weight: 130 lbs (although T-Tapp focusing on inch loss, not weight loss)
