Project ideas

Hi,

 

I have been asked to teach a lesson at our co-op and I am looking for a hands on project idea to go with my lesson. Do you have any resources that you look to to get project ideas? I am drawing a blank on what to do as a project for my coral reef lesson the kids are mostly 7-9 years old.
