I have a sweet short crust dough that I like to use for various things, how long is it safe in the fridge? It's just butter, flour and sugar.Â

Anyone have a savory short crust dough recipe? I don't really have the counter space (or the time) to roll out pastry dough (which is why I like short crust - I can just press it in), but I'd love to be able to make some savory tarts/quiches.Â
