pumping for work causes oversupply for half the week

i work two days a week and simply pump the night before to collect enough milk for while i am gone...i am already a slight overproducer normally, but a few days after i pump those two nights of the week i become extremely extremely engorged which causes my daughter to not want to feed. by the time the engorgement has passes and my supply is more back to "normal", it's about time for my two work days so i have to pump again, re-starting the whole cycle. any suggestions? the oversupply is so uncomfortable.

p.s. i have tried using breastmilk that i've previously frozen, but she refuses to drink that.

I don't have much to say other than that I feel ya.  We have the same issue.  Norah won't take frozen or scalded milk and since I have a lipase issue I have to pump early in the morning for her first bottle and then cart milk over to school at lunch time for the rest of the day.

Even with trying to time it and going back and forth I still end up with forceful letdown from pumping.  Its a pain.
