Anyone have any experience with these symptoms?

Sorry if this is long, if anyone has any input I would really appreciate it.

A few months after my daughter was born (she was born August 2009) I started having pain during intercourse . At first I thought that my hip was spasming (I had had really bad sciatic pain during this pregnancy that started at 8 weeks and had been seeing a chiropractor the whole pregnancy) and I thought that was all it was.  Then it started to progress to a sharp pain that would start as I began to orgasm, peak at climax and then go away.  The pain is always on the right side, slightly below umbilicus and happens 100% of the time with orgasms even without penetration. After I have an orgasm, I continue to have pain with penetration, but now on both sides of my abdomen. I also have mild pain, pulling or pressure sensation in that same area on the right side sometimes just through out the day. I went to see my midwife about it in May last year but she didn't even do an exam, she said that it was too high to be my ovary and told me that if it still kept happening after 2 months or 2 weeks (I can't remember what she said) to come back in and she would do an ultrasound and if nothing came up refer me to GI doctor (it doesn't seem to be GI related to me). However I never went back because I was a little put off that she didn't do an exam after she knows that I drive 45 min to see her and then I moved and we no longer have insurance.  I have recently in the last month or so noticed what seems like a small tangerine size mass there on the right side sometimes when I lie down, but it is very mobile and moves almost as soon as I touch there and then I can't feel it again so I am not really sure what I am feeling, but the pulling/pressure feeling I sometimes feel makes me feel like there is something there. Now this past month I have also noticed that I get crampy sometimes with arousal and also crampy when I urinate. 

Not sure if it is relivant, but I have not had a period since 2006 due to pregnancy, breastfeeding and being on the mini pill.  I really want to see somebody about this because it keeps seeming like new symptoms keep coming up, but we still wont have insurance until end of April. So I thought I would post here and see if anyone had any ideas. TIA

I can't offer you much diagnostic advice, but I would suggest trying to find a Planned Parenthood or Women's Clinic that might have ARNPs who could diagnose you or refer you somewhere and that offer sliding scale options for payment. Pain is usually a sign that something is unusual and 'not right.' Personally, I would want to know what was going on just in case this is something that needs attention and ought not wait until April.

Thanks for the reply. I know that there can't be a diagnosis given like this. This reply is exactly what I was kind of looking for, either to get some ideas of what might be going or for somebody to say that this is serious and I should go see someone sooner then later. Anybody have any idea at all what would cause this.  I had thought about going to planned parenthood or a clinic, but I didn't think that they would have the resourses needed to diagnosis if there really was something wrong. I hate that I put this off for so long and didn't go back when I did have insurance.

Another thing after I posted this I started cramping and spotting like I was going to get my period, but then it was gone in the morning. I have been cramping and lightly bleeding now for the past three evenings that goes way by the morning until the evening. I guess this could just be my period, since I hadnt had one in 4.5 years I would totally expect it to be irregular starting like this.
