My wife is going to have her first iui with clomid and a trigger I was wondering if it don't work the first time do we have to wait a cycle our can we start another one right away

folks often do cycles one after another, as long as she does not have any left over cysts giver her trouble it is usually fine.

Kind of an ironic since Adorkable's picture is of her twins!

I'm starting clomid next month and I too have been thinking about the likelihood of twins. I think that's one of those things that you figure out as you go and enjoying the blessings that twins brings. From what I understand triplets and higher order multiples aren't nearly as common as twins for clomid. Good luck! Hoping you just need one IUI as well!
