Maybe I didn't get lucky this time...

This is my 3rd cycle charting since going off BC. My average length is 30 days or so. Here's the summary:

1st cycle, I didn't expect much since I just came of NuvaRing, but i did lunaception and charted anyway.

2nd cycle, CLASSIC chart ( just like when I charted the first time, and got pregnant with my son). Used lunaception for 2 nights, temperature drop on day 16, temp increase the next two days. Generally, temp before O is about 97.5, drop for O is around 96.9-97, and spike goes up to 97.9-98.2.

3rd cycle, I did lunaception a couple days earlier this time, so my temperature dropped on day 14, then for the next 4-5 days it didn't really spike up, but my readings were inaccurate due to waking multiple times a night for a few days with a feverish 2yo. Then on day 17 I had a temp drop even lower and lots of mucus, so we had sex again incase this was late ovulation or ovulated again. Then my temp rose  little by little, but no classic spike. So now I'm on day 25, and had brown spotting yesterday and today.

Also, the basline is way off this month. I haven't even gone above 97.6.

So, Is my period being totally weird because I tried to move up my ovulation? Has my basline chaged due to change in daylight? Or something else?

Any update?

Hi flightgoddess, I stumbled across this post and was wondering if I could ask you a few questions. I am charting my first cycle I've ever charted and it is after stopping NuvaRing, and I was wondering what your experience was like for your first cycle post BC. I have been trying to follow CM, CO and CP, but it has been confusing. Also, could you explain what is lunaception?

(Also wondering what has happened since you posted?)

Thanks!
