Day 3 labs back. Need help understanding them.

Ok, I am 36 and ttc.  We have had all labs done including SA for my boyfriend.  I have an HSG scheduled on the 25th of this month.

Here are my day 3 results:

FSH  9.0

LH  4

Estradiol 41 pg/mL

My day 21 Progesterone was 9.4 ng/mL

On the lab results my Dr wrote that all of my numbers look great and she said we are going to get you pregnant because everything looks great.

Is that true? It seems to me that my FSH is pretty high and the ratio of FSH/LH is more than double.

Should I be seeing a fertility specialist or is what she is saying correct.

I am so frustrated with all of this that I just want to crawl up in a ball and cry. Ugh.

I'm sorry you are so frustrated.  I cannot comment on most of your labs because I have never had most of them drawn.  But my problem is progesterone, and my Dr.  always tells me that a day 21 of 10 is good enough to get pregnant.  Mine hovers around 8 and I take clomid to get pg and respond well to just a low dose. 

Again, I'm sorry I can't comment on the FSH levels, I just hope you get some answers from your Dr.  I would stay with her anyway until all the testing at least is done, even if you do decide to go to a fertility specialist.
