This is a thread to discover what those who have completed the 9 week Couch to 5K running program are doing next. Some examples of running plans after C25K include One Hour Runner (OHR) and Bridge to 10K (B210K). I'm sure there are other plans out there as well and there are probably some of you doing your own thing.

So, what are your plans? What are you doing now? How are you doing?

I'll start. This week I started the Bridge to 10K. It is a 6 week interval training program designed for c25k graduates to get you running 60 minutes or a 10K. I'm on Day 2. The first week is a 4 53 minute workouts with 5 minutes of warm-up and 4 rounds of run 10 minutes and walk 1 minute followed by a 5 minute cool-down. So far so good.
