Sorry if this has already been posted elsewhere - I searched but couldn't find what i was looking for.

I've decided on a delayed vax schedule and my 2 month old will get his first shot in a few weeks. I've read a little here and there about supplements that are supposed to help with the vaccine side effects and lessen chances of issues. I haven't had much luck finding more inforamtion about those supplements or a list of strategies that will help lessen the chance that my DS will have side effects and, god forbid, serious problems. What can I do to help lessen the chance that he will have serious side effects from the vaccines?
Â
I've heard about the following:
Â
lessen stressors before and after vax
breastfeed as much as possible
nutrient rich diet
vitamin C?
foods/supplements that will bind to the aluminum/mercury and help with excretion
no tylenol
Â
anyone that has information about these strategies or others that go along with this topic - please respond with what info you have.

As far as supplements and foods - since i breastfeed him, will extra vitamin C transfer to him through my milk? What about other strategies - extra nutrient rich diet etc?
Â
Thanks
Erin
