How does organic/gf dairy rate against raw dairy?

I am experimenting with purer forms of dairy lately as our family suffers digestive upsets that are kind of vauge with regular dairy.  Some cheeses are fine, butter and ghee are fine, ice cream=major ibs situation.  None of our symptoms go beyond being a hassle so i feel safe to experiment.  I can get non homogenized organic/grassfed yogurt and kefir from whole foods but raw dairy is so much more expensive and less accesible.  My main interest is the prospect of bolstering our dental health. Any thoughts?

IMO, grass-fed is what is most important.  If you can get it raw reasonably, that's much better, but if it's horribly expensive, I feel organic grass-fed is a suitable compromise (and raw isn't going to have much in it that will do more for your teeth than grass-fed.  It does have some stuff in it which is helpful for other stuff, but grass-fed low temp pastuerized is pretty good stuff.  (high temp pasteurized milk should be avoided like the devil IMO.)
