I'm going to try my daughter (and me since I'm nursing) on a gluten free diet. Any ideas for recipes, food substitutions, etc.

I think the hardest thing will be eliminating the bouillon paste I use. It makes our food (soups, gravy, main dishes, etc.) so yummy. But it contains soy sauce. I'd love a cost-effective substitute.Â

I figure I'll use braggs as a substitute for soy sauce.

Any good cookbooks out there?
