Hot or cold seems fine, but when the hot water runs out the water runs a gross and deep yellow color. We do not own the property and I haven't called the landlord (who I have a feeling will brush it off as nothing). Any ideas on why it would only run yellow on hot when the hot has "run out" ? Supposedly we have our own water heater since we pay to heat it, do you think it's related to the heater or the pipes?

Do you think this water is even safe? A lot of times at night the water in the bath is yellow...I am worried.
