Difference between sperm and EWCM

I know this has been asked, and I've gone back and read all of them.  but a good link that someone provided will NOT open for me.   So hoping someone else will offer some POV.

I know one major way to tell is the float test....but if it's too late, what other factors can help you determine.

I read all this AFTER it was gone.  I sat and thought and thought about whether it was sperm and finally decided to start checking.

Honestly, I havent even had a PPAF, 14 months.  BUT there is always the chance.

Anyway...any help is appreciated.

LOL. Well I'll tell you what happened and maybe you can offer advice?  We BD'd on thursday night.  TONS came out in the toilet.  Even when i wiped, then, there wasnt anything left.  then the next day, a little after lunch, I wiped and there was a humungous glob.  I mean huge. It wat thick. when i stretched it, it went far. it stayed wet on my fingers when i rubbed them together and even took a second to wash off.  it had no smell.  what do you think?

Sounds more like sticky CM and not EWCM, EW is generally very wet and loose not stringy and tacky enought that it would stick to you even when trying to wash it off. I usually get it like that right after I O, but this month I had one occurance before hand, I know other women get it all different times, so who knows if you have just ovulated or not. Good Luck!

Could be any of the three. My guess would be sperm, maybe together with some mucus.. The fact that it stayed wet on your fingers is what suggest sperm to me. I don't think mucus would change consistency.
