We usually use bum genius diapers.  But we were out of town for 2 weeks over Christmas and so we were using target disposables.  That's what we always use when we need sposies and we've never had a problem.  Towards the end of the holidays, we were given 1/2 a pack of Luvs.  After a couple of days in those, the rash started.  I took him to the ped to get an antifungal cream and switched back to the target diapers.  The rash has been coming and going ever since.  He's still in disposables because I don't want to have to try to get yeast out of my BGs.  

 

I'm thinking of getting some prefolds and wool covers.  I think he just needs to air out.  If it were summer I'd let him spend the day outside with no diaper, but right not it's too cool to even do that inside.

 

So, any thoughts?  TIA!
