IgG results - did you immediately remove all sensitivities or just highly reactive ones?

We got my daughter's IgG ELISA back and she scored mild sensitivities to quite a few things (barley, coconut, grapes, malt, cows milk, green peas, peanuts, rye, soybean, tomato and black walnuts).  All of these were a 1.  She had several listed as highly reactive including cheese, eggs, gluten and wheat.  We are 5 days in to having removed everything on the list and are so overwhelmed.  The gluten/wheat, cheese and eggs are hard enough (she is already off milk and has been for 9 months).  My gut reaction was to just remove everything asap in hopes it would help her heal faster and feel better, but this week has been really hard in finding food she can eat and she's been very sad and quiet (she's 5).  We are working as hard as we can to get her better and help her heal, but I'm just wondering if it is truly "necessary" to remove all the 1 foods as well.  Any thoughts, advice or input is appreciated!

If it were me, I would remove all the ones she reacted highly to and give her time to adjust and you time to see if it is helping.

Then, after a few weeks, I would remove the ones she scored lower on and see if there is any more improvement.

I would keep going with keeping all the foods out and when all her symptoms are gone, then start adding the minor ones back in and see if there's a reaction. What are all the foods that you had to take out and I'll help you come up with food ideas. My kids were 3yo and 7yo when we had to take 30-40 foods each out of their diets, and start rotating the ones they had left.

Gluten takes out wheat, barley, malt, rye

Dairy takes out cows milk, cheese

So you're just avoiding gluten, dairy, eggs, grapes, coconut, green peas, peanuts, soybean, tomato, black walnuts. Is that right?

Breakfast: buckwheat pancakes and pork sausage or bacon, hot buckwheat cereal, Cream of Rice, Rice Chex, Crispy Rice cereal with rice milk or almond milk

Lunch: Gluten free bread (make your own, or there are a couple that should work for you: Food for Life Brown Rice is one that should be okay since we have many of the same restrictions). We've found safe turkey bologna, turkey, and ham to make sandwiches. We've also found safe ketchup and mustard. Since you still have corn, you can do corn chips or potato chips as a side dish and you've got every fruit except grapes - so you can do peaches, pears, apples, bananas, etc. So you could have a fruit smoothie on the side and a steamed veggie. Does she go to school? Do you need lunchbox ideas?

Dinner: roasted chicken, gravy, rice or potatoes, and a veggie (green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, beets, etc.). Salad, make your own dressing with apple cider or rice vinegar (balsamic and the wine vinegars will be out because of the grapes). Roast beef - same thing. We also make sweet potato fries. We do fish fries (light buckwheat flour is no relation to wheat/gluten and is nice and thick for batters). I just made onion rings the other night. We used to do stir fried meat and veggies over rice, and without soy sauce, I'd just use a couple of garlic cloves minced and some chicken broth to flavor things, and lots of sea salt and pepper. Let me think about some of the other things we eat...
