Non-vax friendly pediatrician in Rochester NY area and avoiding newborn eye drops, etc.

I'm posting for a friend who is due soon with her first baby and doesn't want to vaccinate. I suggested that they find a supportive pediatrician. Does anyone have any recommendations for a pediatrician in the Brockport/Spencer NY area (great Rochester)? I already posted in the NY forum but I haven't had any responses.

Similarly, these parents don't want to do the vitamin K, eyedrops, etc., at birth and are being given a hard time and told that CPS will be called if they don't and that sort of thing.  Can anyone point me at info about how to get around that stuff?

New York sucks about this! Unless you have a doctor who wont report you, and even then if some other medical person sees your baby didnt have the vitamin k/eye drops they can call cps on you. sorry, hope your friend finds a good doctor.

From what I've seen, they should look for a homebirth or traveling to a neighboring state for delivery.
