Looking good SierraBella....fingers crossed for a BFP!!!

The cramps have gotten intense, temp keeps dropping and I just feel like crud all around. At this point I just want AF to show. I'm making an appointment with my gyno right after this cycle ends so we can see what's really going on in there.

I agree sierra!! I'm so hopeful for you!!

Sierrabella- your chart looks great, are you still holding out to test Tuesday?

Any update from how things are feeling today Gemmime- getting close to test date!

Katey- looks like O for you any day now- yay!

My temp stayed low today, I don't have an OPK to check but I think today must be the day, hoping my temp will shoot up tomorrow, looks like a CD17 O again!

Fnord Welcome!!! And probably a dumb question, but what's the Sperm Meets Egg plan?

AFM,

Monday Check-In
Name: tantylynn
Date: 28/3/11
Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/tantylynn
Where are you in your cycle: CD14
Appointments: hormone BW on 15/04, U/S in May, 1st OB/GYN appt on 17/05
Symptoms if they apply: N/A
Testing: I've ordered some OPKs, so hopefully they'll arrive in time for me to use them this cycle!
Thoughts:

While I've been in the boring section of my cycle and not so focused on "am I pregnant??" it's allowed me to realise that PCOS effects more than just getting pregnant. I've noticed more of the other symptoms that I have and actually started thinking "hey, I could reduce that now that I know what the problem is". For instance, I have very oily/acne prone skin. I'm reading up on supplements that could help with the acne, but I'm also looking into trying the Oil Cleansing Method for the oiliness. Before diagnosis, I had just resigned myself to always having bad skin due to genetics and didn't bother trying anything new to help (I tried it ALL in highschool). Now I'm excited to try out some new stuff and see what I can do to change things!

FairyMe: Ugh! Sorry about the way your symptoms are going. How long have you guys been trying, if you don't mind me asking? My temps have been dropping too and I'm feeling PMS-sy off and on.

tantylynn: That's pretty cool you can trace other symptoms back to PCOS and try to start treating them now. What's a BW?

Sierra: Yaaaayyy it will feel good to have at least 1 BFP on Testing Tuesday. Tell your chart to stay nice!

cbaa: My temp is still dropping (the earliest it ever has) and today I felt kind of bloated....nothing out of the ordinary for PMS. I'm going to see what my temps are the next 2 days before I consider myself "out".

Oh my goodness we are on super trying mode now! If my last cycle means I've returned to 'normal' then if all goes well I can test in 2 weeks... It's that waiting that's the hardest!

My fingers are crossed that your temp drop means nothing and you get that BFP tomorrow.

Well, last April-July I didn't have a period. As soon as it returned at the end of July we started actively trying. So that's 8 months. But October-January I didn't have a period either and then last month was an anovulatory cycle. So out of 8 months I've only ovulated 3 times and now I'm afraid that I'm on the verge of another 90 days cycle thus pushing trying to summer. if I don't get a BFP this cycle I'm scheduling an appointment with my gyno cause I don't want to go 3 months without a period or ovulating again. Sorry for the rant.

On a bright note my temp did go up a little this morning and the cramps are minor and sporadic. My boobs and back are killing me tho.

So, can I ask you gals about how often we BD? As you can tell from my chart (I added the frequency), it's just about every day. Often it's 1-3 times a day redface.gif ... is this too much, lol? I watched some documentary (the great sperm race) and it said that couples should BD every other day to give time to make more swimmers. What do you guys think?

Monday Check-In
Name:
Heather
Date: March 28th
Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/maevankat
Where are you in your cycle: Day 20
Appointments: None yet.
Symptoms if they apply: I had some eggwhite mucus the other day, but I'm not 100% sure about it (took advantage of the possibility anyway). A couple of days ago, I had what might have been ov. pain and then today I had a random bit of spotting. Strange! My period isn't due for another two weeks.
Testing: None yet.
Thoughts: It's been a hard few months. We just found out my SIL is pregnant with their first having just started trying (she went off the pill and immediately got pregnant, the first week they tried!) so, that's a bit hard. Took a couple months off of web communities, just to get my heart back into the right place. I was so discouraged! Still charting, but having a hard time of it. Life has been incredibly stressful, so I'm finding the temp chart isn't very helpful, and mucus charting isn't always easy. Sigh. Either way, we're going to keep with it, and hopefully have our own BFP soon :)

I've read that you're supposed to wait for every other day, but we rarely do (not that we've been successful yet either, so don't necessarily follow my lead). When I think I'm going to be ovulating, we tend to aim for once a day.

Fairyme and gemmine: I like those temps!!

Good luck to all those PoAS in the morning!

(will do my Monday checkin when I get home and off my phone)
