Monday Check-In

Name: FairyMe
Date: 3-14-11
Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/30c2d9

Where are you in your cycle: CD 29
Appointments: None
Symptoms if they apply: Tender/Sore breasts, O pain, increased sex drive, high energy
Testing: If we get in another good BD then I'll try to hold out until the end of this month.
Thoughts: Was getting really disappointed in the fact that I had negative OPKs for 2 weeks and no temp rise. Thought for sure this was another anovulatory cycle so wasn't too much into BD. We got some in early this AM and then I did an OPK around 2:30 PM and within a minute it was soooooo positive. I wanted to see if it was a fluke so I did another one at 6:39 PM and it was again VERY positive so I'm hoping the BDing we did this morning was enough cause I'm not sure DP and I will be able to get in another one.

Just venting. I'm due to O in the next day or two so DH and I have been bd'ing the last couple days. Last night, I felt kind of sore and itchy down there and today I started having some nasty discharge and the itchiness made sense: I have a yeast infection. And of course, we're down to our last $50 before DH gets paid again this Friday so we can't afford to buy the one day over the counter treatment. I tried calling my Dr. to see if she could write me a prescription for the micanozole(sp?) pill, but her clinic is closed for the day. I guess I'll just have to wait until tomorrow. So frustrating!

Daylicious: Sorry about AF. I also think that you Od around CD 13. Irish: I am planning on testing around then as well... not really hopeful but going to test anyway, haha.

Caitlin: Get some plain yogurt and dip a tampon in it and insert, change them out every few hours.

Thanks OJazzy! I just sent DH out for some milk, so I texted him to buy yogurt too!

Tuesday Check-In
Name: tantylynn
Date: 3/15/2011
Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/tantylynn

Where are you in your cycle: CD1
Appointments: Follow-up appt on 22/03 for results of blood test, urine sample, pelvic and trans-vaginal US, and DH's SA
Symptoms if they apply: N/A
Testing: N/A
Thoughts: Just starting my first ever chart with FF! Taking my first temp tomorrow morning, although I wasn't able to find a BBT thermometer and will just be using a digital for now. Can't wait to get back to the dr to hear the results of our testing, so we can get moving on some sort of treatment plan! GL everyone in the TWW!

Caitlin-  I use plain unsweetened yogurt as well, and probiotics if you have some.  Ojazzy is right, it works great.

I am in the 2ww.  I think Im 11 DPO, according to me...but when I looked at the calendar and how Pink Pad marked my +OPK  I could be between 9-11.  Either way, I tested yesterday and today...and I would say my results were inconclusive.  Today there was something, but it was a blue dye stick and it was far from a positive.  My hopes are NOT up.  Maybe because Im terrified of disappointment, or maybe because my body is being intuitive- I just cant tell.

7DPO and no spotting. This is reason to celebrate! (I have a history of spotting early in my LP) :) Now, if I can only have at least a 10-12 day LP I'll be so glad.

Congrats dashley!

I will be taking my first pg test tomorrow or Friday if I can wait that long. If that's a BFN then I will test again on the 20th. So far, I seem to be having the same symptoms I had when I got pg with DS #1 (horrible lower backache, cramps, tender breasts). If I'm not pg then I must be really wishing it!

Hi!  I would love to be added to this group.  My name is Lauren, I am 28, I have a 2.5 year old, and this is our first cycle TTC #2.

Wednesday check in

Name:  Lauren

Date: 3/16/11
Chart:  No chart yet...will work on that

Where are you in your cycle: CD 16, DPO??? I think 1 or 2 (temps off thanks to co-sleeping, tossy-turny 2 year old)

Appointments: none

Symptoms if they apply:  Very weird feeling that maybe this is it.  Also, completely fear that something is "wrong" thanks to 4 postive OPKs the past four days and history of short LP.

Thoughts:  I posted a thread on this earlier today, but I have just had my fourth day of definitely very positive OPKs.  Not sure what that means...  I had a history of short LP up until I conceived my son.

Congratulations Dashley!

Welcome Lauren and SithLadyFred- I hope your BFP's come quickly.

Anyone in the 2ww and waiting to know?

I'm just at CD8, hoping for an earlier O this month, thinking about TTC instead of waiting another month. Anyone have an opinion on holiday babies?
