Trying to decide between supplements

I want to get my family back on an omega 3 oil but my head is swimming from all the choices. I think I've narrowed it down to either the fermented skate oil or the cod/butter combo oil. Any thoughts ?

Also, the last time we were on them my husband complained of the burps with them so I think I read that this happens more often with the capsules, is that right? If that's so that will probably be best to get the liquid anyway as I can't see how I would get my kids to take the capsules;)

TIA

Anita

I just got the cinnamon bo/fclo and OMG DOES IT REEK.  I don't think any of us will be able to choke it down.  Hoping to talk dh into it so I don't feel like I wasted 50 dollars.

have you thought of vital choice salmon oil? We also could not stomach the fermented stuff we are trying this stuff right now. They have alot of info on thier site about how its made etc.

Our son has been taking the Vital Choice Sockeye Salmon Oil for just over a year now and no complaints.  We mix it in with his milk and he doesn't seem to mind.

I just finished a bottle of Vital Choice Salmon Oil D3 capsules. This was the first time I tried it and I liked it. I did get some "afterburps" now and then but not so bad. I have also tried fermented cinnamon cod liver oil/butter oil but the main problem with that is that the cinnamon oil irritates the skin around my toddler's mouth. This happens with regular ground cinnamon too. (Is there such a thing as an allergy to cinnamon oil?) I know what you mean about problems with the kids taking capsules, that's why I prefer to use the spoonable clo with them. Or you can break open the capsules but you would need to use more of them than you would with a spoonable liquid.
