If you want to save some money, you can make the taco seasoning yourself.  Here is the recipe:

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
 
this will flavor 1 whole bag of crumbles OR like 2 cans of beans.
 
Last thing I ate was oatmeal and some coffee.
