Sun Chips and diet Dr Pepper!
Quinoa, grated carrot, Chopped onion, chopped spinach, chopped celery, very finely chopped garlic and ginger, and dried parsley. The dressing was olive oil, lemon juice and ground coriander. I've been playing around with various mixes of chopped veggies in quinoa lately. I liked this one.
Dinner: big salad of onion, bell pepper, cucumber, zucchini, tomato and mushroom with red wine vinegar and salt and pepper
Snacks: today I also had some raw almonds with raisins, grapefruit
lunch: raw avocado and lime soup
Breakfast: a green smoothie (broccoli, blueberries banana, tropical fruit mix, spirulina, maca, chia seed, flax seed, raw honey and water)
