natural *Calcium + vitamine d* supplement needed !

hi,

i am looking for a "natural" supplement, combining calcium + vitamine d, for my dd (5) who has multiple allergies and celiac desease.

currently i am using one of these over-the-counter-products but i am not very happy because it is more like a candy than a vitamin + it has a lot of sugar (or sugar substitutes ) that i dont really want to be eaten every day!
 

so does anyone know a good product ?

bluebonnet liquid cal + mag + d3.  the blueberry flavor is soooo yummy.  mixed berry is good too.  you really need magnesium with calcium, esp. with food intolerances.

We use Xymogen Vitamin D drops (only other ingredient is sunflower oil). We don't supplement calcium. We use food sources such as bone broth, anchovies, salmon, etc.

unfortunately my daughter is a very picky eater, so that choice is not the best one.

supplements don't have to be specifically for kids.  with magnesium, you just titrate to bowel tolerance.  mine can take almost the adult dose.  rda amounts are ridiculous and not really relevant to individual situations.
