Is there any cleansing that is safe with any amount of breastfeeding? My son is 2.5 and I'm 95% sure that I will not get a nursing break before I get pregnant again (shooting for this summer). Is there ANYTHING I can safely do before I get pregnant again? My son nurses twice a day during the week (before bed and first thing in the AM) and then it varies on the weekend, probably 4-5 times total on Sat & Sun.

Is there anything I can safely do while still nursing my toddler?Â

I'm guessing the answer is no and I should just keep as clean a diet as possible. But thought someone here might have some insight.
