I cannot choose a convertible car seat!

Okay, my dd is 2.5, but very small for her age (only 25 lbs), so I definitely want to keep her rear facing. She's currently in a Cosco Scenera, and I hate it! She is also really cramped in it while rear facing, and it's so badly designed that it's hard to install correctly (based on the drawings, it should be reclined really far back, so that she's almost laying down, in order to be level with the ground and be installed correctly).

I have been looking at car seats for months to upgrade and my eyes are tired! I thought I had finally decided on the Evenflo Triumph 65, and the deciding factor was the tension adjuster knobs (since she's rear facing, I find it hard to reach the harness tightener when it's in the front of any car seat as it is buried in the back of the seat it's installed on). BUT THEN I watched a video for the Evenflo Momentum DLX, and I love the SureLATCH!! Now I want that, but I still desperately want the tension adjuster knob. Any help? Is there anything out there like this? Maybe a Britax? I can't find it :( I also really want the harness height to be adjustable without rethreading. And of course I'm looking for something to last as long as possible, so 35/ 40 lbs rear facing is preferred and 65 or 70 front facing. I feel like I've looked at them all, and nothing has what I want. I guess I don't need the SureLATCH, but I want some type of LATCH installer that is easier than the stupid metal clips! Is there any other brand that has a similar side tightener like Evenflo? I guess that's my real question.

I don't know that there are any other seats with the knob like the EFTA but for a lightweight, I really like the True Fit.  It only has a 35lb RF limit but my 28lb 3-year old has tons of room in it RF and will easily fit harnessed until he's ready for a booster.  It has a continuous loop harness so once it's adjusted to the right tightness you just pull the slack into one strap, slip their arm in, pull the slack to the other side and slip that arm in, then buckle everything.  It has the nice latch (like Britax seats) and built in lockoffs.

Evenflo is the only one with the knobs.  If you like those, I'd stick with the Triumph; the SureLATCH is nice in some cars but is pretty much worthless in others.
