i think i am being taken advantage of

I volunteered to watch my friends kids while she worked. I thought I was being nice and charged her only $75 a week for 3 kids. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal but it has turned into a BIG mess. It was fine at first but it has gotten to the point where she is consistently not picking them up before 6pm. I end up having rush around to get dinner ready and do homework later in the evening then our family time is jepordized. These children are all on ADD meds and are just alot more than I was prepared to handle. On top of that she has a job that requires all hours of the night. About a month ago I had them til like 6pm one night. When they left I assumed I was done for the day. Instead I get a 4am phone call asking me to come stay with her kids. I was very angry but being a good friend I went to her aid. Then when it came time to be paid. I wasn't properly compensated for the" overtime" work I did with getting 4 kids up and ready for school. I REALLY don’t want to be mean but I just don’t think I can do this anymore. I need some help in deciding if I should have a chat with her or just get over it. HELP!!
