baby with body odour?

Hello All!

I have twins who are 20months old, and they've had B.O since they were infants.  I never thought anything of it, assuming maybe I wasn't washing well enough under their arms, but it has been brought to my attention by a friend that it could be a sign of a malfunctioning pituitary gland...and could be a sign of early puberty???  I'm a bit freaked out and not sure what to do.  Anyone else heard of this?  Any suggestions or insight?

I don't know specifically, but I do know that Ds1 was a stinky, stinky kid (not BO, but bad breath and just a general weird stink), until we cut out dairy (which was because of his behavioral stuff).  It had been that way since he was a newborn, but no "normal" dairy symptoms - i.e. gastrointestinal or whatever.  I noticed a few days after we cut out dairy that he didn't stink anymore!  I was shocked... I thought he was just somehow a stinky kid. 

Anyway, so my first thought would be to look into food intolerances.

Interesting. I was going to say the same thing. My DS was always an extremely sweaty baby and so he kind of smelled, and he was also dairy intolerant.
