I did a "rebirth" in my bath tub.  My mom just darkened the bathroom, except for candle light.  She and my husband knelt beside the tub.  I swished my ds slowly and gently across the warm water and then my husband hands and mine brought him to my chest.   His birth was great, but I did the rebirth  because of an epidural headache which I believe somehow messed with my baby's sucking.  Could not get him to nurse and I had to feed him breastmilk with a cup.  We did the rebirth on the 7th day, and he finally nursed the next day.  So it is healing.  We just went with, quiet, gentle, praying.
