Digesting Breastmilk

Hi. I posted this is the Breastfeeding forum but I didn't get any replies.

My almost 3 year old is having reflux problems and I want to make sure she goes to bed on an empty stomach.

Can anybody tell me approximately how long it takes to completely digest breastmilk? Thanks so much.

I always heard 1-3 hours.
