For those who have been Diagnosed with Cholestasis

You who have had Cholestasis could you please describe the itching for me. I am itching and at first just dismissed it but if it is something serious for the baby, I want to be on the safe side. My itching isn't extremely intense, but just annoying, mostly on my legs, arms and ankles/wrists, sometimes on my back. It's like bugs are crawling on me. If I scratch it, it goes away but seems to reappear somewhere else. There have been nights i couldn't sleep, but this isn't every night. My skin isn't really dry, I have used lotions also but don't get any relief. I am 32 weeks and have an appointment on Fri. I don't want to do any unnecessary labs as I pay for these out of pocket, and since my only other symptoms would be irritability and fatigue, I am not sure lab would show anything if I had a mild case.
