best sleep positions for flipping posterior baby?

I'm almost 32 weeks, and my baby is head down but face up (posterior). My first baby was born face up, which was the major reason why it took me 47 hours to get her out. I'd really like to not go through that again, so I'd like to try to get this baby to turn anterior if possible.

I've Googled a number of things I can try, but one thing I was unsure about was what position is best to sleep in. I read to sleep on my side, but which side is best? The midwife said it feels like his back is a little more on my left side. So does that mean I should sleep on my right side to try to get the heaviest part of him (his back) to shift to the right and thus end up at the front of my belly?

I read you can put a heating pad on low on your stomache because they like to put their backs toward the warmth but not sure on what side to sleep on.  I feel for you because my first was sunny side up to and it took a long time to get her out and I did it all with no pain meds or anything.

This probably won't work for sleeping all night, but you could try falling asleep at least in child's pose, if your hips & back like that. You could hug a pillow under your head and arms. That way you're belly down without squishing your belly...idk just an idea!
