Ok I'm considering taking clay to help support me nutritionally during pregnancy. I have a few questions:

 

What's the difference between bentonite and pascalite?

 

Is the detox reaction safe for baby? (I'm 15 weeks preg)

 

Anyone know of a good brand?

 

Also, thinking of taking a digestive enzyme, because I have a hard time with protein, but I know clay helps with digestion as well. Would a digestive enzyme be redundant?
