ive made some raw milk cream cheese the nourishing traditions way (by letting my milk culture and seperate in a jar on it's own, then draining it in a cheesecloth to seperate the curds and whey)Â A friend of mine is coming over for dinner, and i'm trying to think of a nice dessert to make with it - does anyone have any ideas? I'd prefer to keep it raw, and i don't have any access to cream right now!
