BBT Thermometer that doesn't beep?

Does anyone know of a BBT thermometer that doesn't make noise? Maybe something that lights up when it's done? With DD in bed with me, I'm hesitant to temp before getting out of bed because she's a light sleeper and mine does quite a bit of beeping. I'm sure the difference is small taking it after I get out of bed, but I thought I would ask around.

My BD thermometer does beep (throughout the temping and when it's done and when it turns off), but it's easily muffled by putting my finger over the speaker. My DD is also a light sleeper and she hardly seems bothered by it. It also lights up when you're turning it off so you can see the temp. I'm loving it and actually able to tell a pattern in my temps now!

For a while, I used a glass, non-digital thermometer. They don't make any noise at all and are supposed to be quite accurate. The downside is that you need to keep it in your mouth for three full minutes and you need to remember to shake it down before the next morning.
