Midwifery Kit for 6year-old

DD is turning 6yrs soon and has requested a Midwife Kit.  I don't really know what would go into one, though I could guess. 

Here's what I"m thinking: 

buy a wooden Dr. kit like that one from Haba. 

Buy a bag that would hold the contents of the kit. 

Add homeopathic vials, vitamin bottles, etc. filled with rice. 

Make a booklet of birthing instructions with photos that I would laminate and slip in the bag

What else??

I'm really interested to know if anyone else has done this and for some good suggestions!

When I was pregnant with DD2, DD1 loved to play midwife.  The two things she found essential (at 2.5years) were a stethoscope and a measuring tape.  I spent a good portion of every day lying on the couch while she said things like "there's the heartbeat, mama" and "oh! 50-10 inches today!"
