Traveling Ecuador and Peru for 2 months May & June 2011

My husband and I will be traveling in Ecuador and Peru for 2 months May 2nd 2011 we fly into Quito and plan on traveling overland for the next 2 months till we fly home July 6th from Lima. I will be 19 weeks pregnant when we arrive in Ecuador. Any tips on traveling when pregnant in South America? I've traveled all over India, Thailand, and parts of Mexico, but not yet to South America.  I plan on using a steripen for water treatment this trip. We got our plane tickets before we knew I was pregnant, and so far everything is going well.  Thanks Nicole stillheart.gif
