I've been getting 166 but today I was 168 again...however, I think I am starting my period already
So who knows. I am being hopeful so I guess put me down at 166. I plan to pick up my hand weights more this month and try to start and stick with the push up and sit up challenge. I haven't been able to get much of a fitness routine going.
