My heartrate is super high 135 145 then down to normal during pregnancy. They are checking my thyroid. I had horribly high 160s heartrate during my 2nd pregnacy and lots of chest pain. Lucky for my i got a different obgnyn and he really seems to care and not treat me like an idot when i tell him.
