2 nut milk questioins

I have just begun making my own nut milk and love, love, love it!  I was wondering if you reuse the meal that is left over from the soaking and processing of the nuts.  Maybe to add to baked goods, or hmmm, I don't know.  Do you?  Or is the left over meal just waste, maybe for the chickens?

 

Also, where can I find the nutritional make up of the milk?

i have heard of people making crackers in a dehydrator with their nut pulp...we feed ours to our chickens (who don't eat regular chicken food because we have severe food allergies and cannot eat eggs from chickens that have eaten grain - so we are grateful to have things to feed them!)
