if you homeschool in MN one question

if you homeschool in MN -- one question.

I understnad one of the 'parent as teacher qualifications' is for the parent to have a college degree --

what if the father has a degree and the mother does not, the father works out of the home and the mom teaches most of the time, but the dad does teach some subjects even though he is not there all day?

would that count -- or would the family need to do the standard testing?

That would be fine - just be sure the father is the one filling out the paperwork. On paper he's the primary instructor, even if you're doing the majority of the actual teaching. It's done all the time...
