Nuvaring, I think I may be pregnant

So I have a question about the nuvaring. I have been on it for over 7 months now, in 3 weeks, than I take it out and invert a new one right away so I don't grt a period. Well the last 3 days, 2 off which I still had the ring in, and today, my change date, I have been having light spotting when I wipe. I have never had any kind of break through bleeding while on any type of birth control until what I am experiencing now. I'm not sure if it is IB or break through bleeding. For the last week, I have been having weird stomach cramps, along with lower back aches, tiredness, and yesterday and today my breasts have been sore. I took a test on the first day of the bleeding along with yesterday night, and they both came back negative. I'm not sure if it's to early to test, or even if I should put the new ring in for the start of my next 3 weeks, or if I should just wait a couple days and see if I do grt my period. (I haven't had a period for over 7 months due to the nuvaring usage).

Any thoughts, comments, anything would be helpful.
Thanks!

I'm not a doctor, and I think you should probably call one, but this is what I would do:

leave the ring out until you get your period, then start with a new one after your pd is over. If you are pregnant you don't want to be on the ring, and if you aren't, it shouldn't be *too* big of a deal to use condoms for a month.

Is it possible that your nuvaring was heated up? My good friend was on the continuous NR as well. She's now the momma of twin girls, because her nuvaring failed. She's pretty sure that the ring package get overheated one day sitting in a car (whoops!).

Thanks for the advice. I'm not sure if it got heated up or not, hard to keep track a lot of the time. I called my dr. Yesterday and talked to the nurse, and she told me
It's normal to have break through. But I don't think she got that fact that I have never had that before, with all my use of birthcontrol. She told me to continue to use the ring, and if there is still some bleeding in a week then to call back.

I'm wearily of putting a new ring in because if somehow I did get preg I don't want it to mess with it in any way. I just feel completely different with my lower stomach pains, along with the headache the first time I had the bleeding. I have never felt the way I have been this last week before.

Go get a blood test...

Also, I never had any type of break through bleeding on anything but the ring...and I had the ring for about 18 months and the bleeding didn't start until around 6-7 months in...
