I can't reply to any posts

When I try to reply to post it gives me the rectangular moving bar, like it's in the process of posting, but it never does. It's been doing this all day. I can start new threads, but I can't reply to existing ones. I logged on and off again. It didn't matter. I have the newest version of IE, we just got it. Do you think that might be it?

Hi Cynthia

 

I was able to remedy the problem using the compatibility mode on my browser, so I am assuming it is an issue with the new IE.
