We just moved into a new apartment on the college campus where we live and work - the college is very concerned with sustainability so there are several "green" features like no_VOC paint and green carpeting that doesn't use glue, etc.
The mattresses they gave us for dd (2 yrs old) however are not green. I have a wool cover and organic sheets but the mattress is polyurethene.
I am planning to use some of our tax money to buy either an organic mattress or an air purifier - I wish we could afford both but we can't right now
Which one would you buy if you could only afford one of them?
