High Temp Extruded Cereals

Hi Folks

I'm on a quest to find out if my favorite cereals are high temp extruded. Here is what I found out about my kids favorite Trader Joes O's

They are pretty much all extruded or at least denatured, and none are properly prepared for anti-nutrient neutralization.  If you feel you must buy packaged cereal, look for a low sugar granola.  Better yet, soak and make your own or stick with soaked porridges.
